1. Refunds & Returns
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if an error occurred with your order.
- To request a review or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at velvetmemories.store@gmail.com.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Velvet Memories reserves the right to approve or deny return requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled free of charge only within the first 12 hours after purchase.
- After this period, production begins, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
- To request a cancellation, please email velvetmemories.store@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Processing time is 2–4 business days prior to shipment.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Continental U.S.: 2–3 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: up to 4 business days
- U.S. Territories: up to 7 business days
- Velvet Memories is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or circumstances beyond our control.

- Velvet Memories operates as a DBA of Fix and Future Remodeling LLC, based in Lewisville, Texas.
- By placing an order, you agree to these policies, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on this site.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the effective date noted.
